PMP Mastery – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of this Agreement

Welcome to PMP Mastery (“App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, PMP Mastery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any of its content.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

PMP Mastery offers premium content through one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment: Charges will be billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal at the applicable subscription price.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google. PMP Mastery does not process subscription refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content—including practice questions, mock exams, study materials, graphics, logos, text, software, and other educational resources—are owned by PMP Mastery or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce any content.
  • Modify or create derivative works.
  • Sell, license, or redistribute any content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code except where permitted by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Circumvent security or access controls.
  • Interfere with the App’s operation or infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content.
  • Share premium content without authorization.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Educational Disclaimer

PMP Mastery is an independent educational platform designed to help users prepare for professional certification examinations.

We do not guarantee:

  • Passing the PMP certification examination.
  • Specific examination scores.
  • Employment, promotion, or professional certification.

Your examination results depend on your individual preparation and performance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PMP Mastery disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement; and
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the App will always be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMP Mastery and its affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of the App;
  • Inability to use the App;
  • Loss of data;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Examination outcomes; or
  • Any reliance on the educational content provided.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App.

Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically.

When changes are made, we will revise the Effective Date at the beginning of this document. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PMP Mastery operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
