X-SOFT built the Traffic Signs Game app is an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by X-SOFT at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Game.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information concerning this policy. The Personal Information that We collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our app uses BI (Business Intelligence) to provide us with insights into our business strategy and protect accessibility traffic from malicious sources, for that we may require you to provide extra accessibility service to activate the Browsing Protection tool. By doing so we can notify you of any malicious intention coming from the websites you visited.

For that service, we may collect only anonymous data and non-personal information such as:

 

What type of data do we collect? How do we use it?
Web browser type and version. Web browser type and version are used to provide, enable and enhance operation of our Services and to get statistics information about user experience
User’s IPs which is not stored, but used to deriving non-identifiable items of information, such as your approximate geographic location

Randomly assigned unique identifier of the app – Unique ID, which doesn’t however allow us to identify the user;

 

Unique ID is collected in order to provide, enable and enhance operation of our Services and to get statistical information about user experience
The URLs that have been accessed by our users, but on an anonymized basis such that we do not know which user accessed which domain (we also aggregate this information on an approximately monthly basis);

 

We collect URLs visited by users to provide a Safe Browsing feature and also to monitor, support, and optimize our Safe Browsing services.
We may collect your web browsing data, such as search engine results page, web pages visited, clicked stream data, etc. (“Web Browsing Data“).Note that, in most cases, the data detailed above is aggregated Non-Personal Data, however, sometimes Web Browsing Data contains terms that could be considered as Personal Data. We will use this data for the purpose of operating and providing our Services, for example, in order to create a black listing of target websites and provide the “Safe Browsing Mode” alerts feature, blocking ads, as well as for internal operation purposes and enhancing the Services.
If you voluntarily contact us, you may be required to provide us with certain information such as your name and email address. We will use this data solely to provide you with the support you have requested or to respond to your inquiry. We may process the contact history to improve our services, as well as resolve disputes.
Android Permissions:
If you choose to use our active “safe browsing” feature available on our Mobile App you will be required to enable the accessibility permission (“Permission“). can disable the Permission at any time

“Browsing Protection Tool” by enabling us to block unwanted websites or apps.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. We do, however, need to share your personal data to run our everyday business. We share your personal data with our affiliates and third-party service providers for everyday business purposes, including to:

  • Analytics and Traffic Intelligence.

4. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

5. Your permissions

To guarantee the full functionality, this needs the  following permissions:

  • Permission to connect to the Internet to give you real-time updates and collect suggestions related to the quality of our product;
  • Permission to use a WI-FI connection or Mobile Data to guarantee connection to the internet;
  • Permission to use Mobile Data or WI-FI connection to get the device location to give Ads service in accordance to the zone;
  • Permission to vibrate your device when you receive a notification from our app if you consent to this functionality.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. 10. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case We discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we can do the necessary actions.
